We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations, including managing staff, creating and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring high-quality customer service. This is a full-time position that does not require prior experience, making it an ideal opportunity for recent graduates looking to start their career in the food and beverage industry.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective restaurant operations
- Train and supervise all restaurant staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Create and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage budgets and financial plans to achieve profitability
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred but not required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and point of sale systems
