Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high quality standards. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and finances
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues that may arise
- Maintain high quality standards for food, drinks, and overall dining experience
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability
- Train and develop staff members to ensure they provide exceptional service
- Create schedules for staff to ensure proper coverage during peak hours
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the restaurant industry preferred but not required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
- Must be willing to relocate to Nizwa if not already located there
