Head Chef


We are in search of a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team at a prestigious restaurant in Nizwa. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence and be able to lead our kitchen staff in creating mouth-watering dishes that will exceed our customers' expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Create innovative and delicious menu items that cater to our customers' preferences and dietary restrictions
- Train and manage a team of chefs, cooks, and kitchen assistants
- Ensure high-quality standards are maintained in food preparation and presentation
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients as needed
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Collaborate with restaurant management to plan special events or promotions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant setting
- Extensive knowledge of various culinary techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Creativity and attention to detail for menu planning and food presentation
- Strong understanding of food cost control measures
- Must be fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month. Additional benefits may be negotiated based on experience.
