Sales Executive


A leading retail company in Nizwa is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media platforms.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets within the given timeframe.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing and resolving any inquiries or complaints.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, pricing, and promotions.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales activities.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the retail industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must be self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are preferred but not required.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
