Female Crane Operator


We are hiring a skilled Female Crane Operator to join our team in Nizwa. In this role, you will be responsible for operating cranes and other heavy equipment to lift, move, position, and place materials and objects on construction sites. Your main goal will be to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the crane while following all safety protocols.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes according to job requirements
- Inspect crane equipment before each use and report any defects or issues
- Set up and dismantle crane at the beginning and end of each shift
- Follow signals from ground crew or other personnel to position crane and move materials
- Monitor load weight and balance to prevent accidents or damage
- Communicate with site supervisors and team members regarding job progress and any issues that may arise
- Maintain a clean work area and perform basic maintenance on equipment as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a crane operator
- Valid crane operator certification
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures for operating cranes
- Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, or schematics related to crane operation
- Physical ability to handle heavy machinery in varying weather conditions
- Good communication skills for collaborating with team members
- Attention to detail and a strong focus on safety

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this position.
