We are hiring a skilled Welder to join our team on a contract basis in Nizwa, Oman. As a Welder, you will be responsible for using various welding techniques to join or repair metal parts for structures, tools, and machinery. Your primary duties will include reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings, selecting appropriate welding methods and materials, and maintaining welding equipment and tools. You must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in welding and be proficient in MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques. Attention to detail, strong hand-eye coordination, physical strength, and the ability to work independently are essential for this role. The ideal candidate should also possess good communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety standards. A high school diploma or equivalent certification in welding is required. This contract position offers a competitive salary of $1000 per month with the potential for extension based on performance.
