Welder



As a Welder in Nizwa, you will be responsible for joining metal parts using high heat and pressure. Your role will involve reading and interpreting blueprints, selecting appropriate welding processes, and ensuring the quality of the welds. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$. No prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn and attention to detail are essential. Please note that accommodation is not provided.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine welding requirements
- Select appropriate welding method based on material type and thickness
- Set up welding equipment and adjust settings as needed
- Clean and prepare metal surfaces for welding
- Use various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding
- Inspect welds for defects and make necessary repairs
- Follow all safety protocols and wear protective gear at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Welder or completion of vocational training program in Welding
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Familiarity with different types of welding techniques and equipment
- Attention to detail with strong hand-eye coordination
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy materials, and work in various positions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
