Waiter

We are currently hiring a talented and motivated Waiter to join our team at a prestigious restaurant in Nizwa. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests by taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring that all guest needs are met. This is a contract job with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus, take orders, and make menu recommendations
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure accuracy of all orders and handle any special requests or dietary restrictions
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, floors, etc.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down tables as needed
- Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Waiter or in the food service industry preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
- Must have own visa or be willing to obtain necessary work authorization
