Job Title: Head Baker

As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of baked goods in our bakery in Nizwa. Your main duties will include managing a team of bakers, creating and implementing new recipes, ensuring quality control, and maintaining inventory. You will also be responsible for training new employees and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a baker, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This position offers a salary of 1600$ per month with opportunities for growth within the company. All nationalities are welcome to apply.
