Caregiver for Elderly in Nizwa, Oman


We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide support and assistance to elderly individuals in Nizwa, Oman. As a caregiver, you will be responsible for providing daily care and assistance to meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of our elderly clients.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Administer medication as prescribed by a doctor or nurse
- Prepare meals according to dietary restrictions or preferences
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with clients
- Accompany clients on errands or appointments as needed
- Monitor clients' health and report any changes to the supervising nurse or doctor
- Keep clients' living spaces clean and organized
- Provide emotional support and comfort to clients during difficult times
- Assist with physical therapy exercises as directed by a healthcare professional

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a caregiver for elderly individuals preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Compassionate and patient nature
- Physical ability to assist with lifting, transferring, and other manual tasks
- Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR
- Valid visa sponsorship for working in Oman

Salary: 1400$ per month. This is a contract position without accommodation provided. However, visa sponsorship will be provided.
