Job Title: Restaurant Manager

The restaurant manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our busy restaurant located in the beautiful city of Khasab. They will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining a clean and efficient workplace. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and host/hostess
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and standards
- Schedule shifts and manage payroll for all employees
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure food safety standards are being followed at all times
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests by ensuring the restaurant is clean and well-maintained
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items and specials
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and improve overall profitability of the restaurant

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service oriented
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Must have own visa for employment eligibility
