Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Khasab. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining inventory levels, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
- Manage and train staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to staff
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for smooth operations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain high-quality food standards
- Conduct regular audits to ensure quality control
- Maintain financial records and prepare reports for upper management

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to create work schedules and manage inventory levels efficiently
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)

Salary: $1600 per month (without accommodation)
