Contract Restaurant Manager
Location: Khasab, Oman


We are in search of an experienced and highly skilled Contract Restaurant Manager to join our team in Khasab, Oman. As the Contract Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staffing, budgeting, inventory management, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members
- Create schedules for employees to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure quality food is being served to customers
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
- Develop relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods at competitive prices
- Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for improvements or changes as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or business management preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven track record of increasing revenue and profitability
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.
