Construction Project Manager

Our construction company in Khasab is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage our various construction projects. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing all aspects of the construction process, from initial design to final completion. You will also be responsible for managing budgets, schedules, and ensuring quality control throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and timelines in collaboration with project team members.
- Coordinate and oversee all phases of construction projects from design to completion.
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective methods are utilized.
- Monitor progress of projects and make necessary adjustments to keep them on schedule.
- Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status.
- Ensure all safety regulations and building codes are followed throughout the construction process.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and address any issues or concerns.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage budgets effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Construction Management or related field.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
