We are searching for a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to join our team in Khasab, Oman. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the work of a team of masons, ensuring that construction projects are completed efficiently and to high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of masons, assigning tasks and ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Train and mentor new masons on proper techniques and safety procedures.
- Monitor the progress of construction projects and ensure that work is being done according to specifications and deadlines.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and identify any issues or defects.
- Coordinate with other supervisors, contractors, and project managers to ensure smooth workflow.
- Order and maintain an adequate supply of materials needed for projects.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mason, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, methods, and safety protocols.
- Ability to read blueprints and construction plans.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Physically fit with the ability to work in outdoor environments for extended periods.
