Job Title: Handyman

A reputable company in Khasab is seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general maintenance and repair work, with the ability to handle various tasks in a timely and efficient manner. This position offers a competitive salary of 1000$ per month, with visa sponsorship available for all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
- Repair or replace broken or faulty fixtures, appliances, and equipment.
- Respond to and resolve any reported issues or complaints from tenants or clients.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
- Keep track of inventory and supplies needed for maintenance tasks.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance procedures including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with tenants/clients.
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor.

Working conditions:
This is a full-time position with an expected schedule of 40 hours per week. The employee will be provided with visa sponsorship but will be responsible for their own accommodation expenses.
