UX Designer - Al-Rayyan, Qatar

As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences for our clients. You will work closely with our design and development teams to understand user needs and translate them into effective design solutions. Your role will involve conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the final product meets business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UX principles and be able to effectively communicate their design decisions. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, project managers) to ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs
- Continuously iterate and improve designs based on feedback from stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a UX designer or similar role
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles
- Proficient in tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma
- Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision or Marvel
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present design concepts to stakeholders
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Design or related field

Salary: $1200 per month
