Barista

As a Barista at our busy coffee shop in Ar-Ruwais, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee beverages to our customers. You will also play a key role in maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This is a full-time position with no English language requirements, making it an ideal job for Egyptian nationals or students looking for work experience. You will receive a monthly salary of $1200 and have the opportunity for visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Welcome and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders, handle payments, and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns promptly
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient operations during busy periods

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a barista preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills in Arabic, basic English skills are a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays if needed
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
