Mason Supervisor



We are seeking an experienced Mason Supervisor to join our team in Bayan, India. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the work of masons on construction or repair projects. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of masons on construction or repair projects
- Read and interpret blueprints and other construction documents
- Ensure that materials are used efficiently and work is completed within budget
- Train new masons on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor progress and quality of work to ensure it meets project standards
- Collaborate with other supervisors and contractors to ensure smooth workflow
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or concerns that need attention
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Mason Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret construction documents
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina to work long hours in various weather conditions
