We are hiring a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Bayan. The ideal candidate should have experience in conducting surveys and creating accurate reports for various land projects. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data, using specialized equipment and software, and ensuring that all measurements meet industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys, including boundary, topographic, and construction surveys
- Use surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS systems, and digital levels
- Prepare precise measurements and detailed reports for construction projects
- Analyze survey data and create maps, charts, and other visual representations
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of survey results
- Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to plans and specifications
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and equipment maintenance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor in the construction industry
- Proficient in using total stations, GPS systems, and other surveying equipment
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles and techniques
- Good understanding of land laws and regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Salary:
$1400 per month.
