Construction Surveyor


We are a reputable construction company based in Ar-Ruwais, seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Surveyor to join our team. As a Construction Surveyor, you will be responsible for measuring and mapping construction sites to ensure accurate and efficient project planning and execution.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site surveys to determine precise locations, elevations, and dimensions of structures and land features
- Use specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners to collect data
- Create detailed reports and maps using survey data
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to provide accurate measurements and information for project planning
- Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with design plans
- Identify potential issues or discrepancies between design plans and actual construction
- Provide guidance on site layout to ensure proper placement of structures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Construction Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary:
The salary for this position is 900$ per month.

Location:
This job is based in Ar-Ruwais but may require travel to different construction sites within the country.
