Waiter/Waitress


We are a high-end restaurant located in Lusail, seeking a skilled and experienced waiter/waitress to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional customer service. As an Indian restaurant, we welcome candidates who are fluent in English and have a knowledge of Indian cuisine.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and timely manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food to tables promptly and ensure customer satisfaction
- Upsell menu items and provide recommendations based on customer preferences
- Handle any customer inquiries or complaints professionally
- Clean tables, reset tables, and assist with general restaurant maintenance
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-end restaurant preferred
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine is an asset
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: 1200$ per month
