As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of goods such as breads, pastries, cakes, and other desserts. You must be able to follow recipes accurately, maintain a clean work environment, and ensure that all products meet our quality standards. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake various types of breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts
- Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in product quality
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust accordingly to achieve desired results
- Decorate baked goods using various techniques such as icing or piping
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all equipment is properly sanitized
- Inspect finished products for quality before packaging or displaying
- Collaborate with other team members to fulfill orders in a timely manner
- Stay updated on current food trends and incorporate new recipes into menu offerings

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or relevant role
- Strong knowledge of different baking techniques, tools, and ingredients
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Creativity in designing new baked goods
- Attention to detail with the ability to follow recipes accurately
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Salary:
We offer competitive salary packages starting at 1500$ per month depending on experience.

This position is located in Bayan, a bustling city with a diverse population. Our bakery caters to Indians, making it an ideal location for someone familiar with Indian cuisine and baking techniques.
