Hotel Manager in Doha, Qatar


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a leader in the hospitality industry, we are looking for someone with a strong background in hotel management and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This position is suitable for Indian nationals who have a strong command of the English language and are looking to start their career in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing personalized service and resolving any guest issues promptly
- Train and supervise staff to maintain high-quality standards across all departments
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial reports to ensure profitability targets are met
- Collaborate with other department heads to create a positive work environment and maintain efficient operations
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness, safety standards, and maintenance needs are met
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and make recommendations for improvements or changes as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel management or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Proven track record of increasing revenue and profitability in previous roles
- Solid understanding of budgeting, financial planning, and reporting processes
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if necessary
