Hotel Manager for Malayalees in Doha

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team in Doha. As a Malayalee, you will feel right at home in our hotel, and we are looking for someone who can provide exceptional hospitality services to our guests.

Salary: 1300$ per month

City: Doha, Qatar

Requirements:
- Fluent in Malayalam language
- No English proficiency required
- Previous experience in hotel management preferred but not required
- Accommodation provided
- Open to freshers with a passion for the hospitality industry

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by welcoming guests, addressing their needs and concerns, and resolving any issues that may arise
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain the quality standards of the hotel
- Manage budgets and expenses to ensure profitability of the hotel
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members to provide excellent service to guests
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and promotions to attract more customers
- Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of all areas within the hotel premises

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam language; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Customer-oriented mindset with a dedication to providing exceptional service
