We are hiring a talented Executive Chef to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen and managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operations of the kitchen including menu planning, food preparation, and quality control
- Train and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff
- Develop new menu items and regularly update existing menus
- Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with management on budgeting and cost control measures
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by consistently delivering quality food
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into menu offerings

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Strong knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Creativity in developing new dishes while also maintaining traditional menu items
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or related field
- Previous experience working in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant
- Experience working in international locations
- Proficiency in multiple languages
