Housekeeping Supervisor

We are in search of an experienced and dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the cleaning and maintenance of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory role and possess strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a team of cleaners to ensure all areas are kept clean and well-maintained
- Create schedules for daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks
- Train new employees on proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and submit orders when necessary
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained
- Handle any customer complaints or requests related to housekeeping services
- Maintain records of employee attendance, performance, and other relevant information

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role
- Previous experience working in a hotel or residential environment is highly desirable
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety procedures
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively train and manage a team
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Good physical stamina to handle tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for long periods of time, etc.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Must have valid visa sponsorship/transferable residency in Kuwait

We offer a competitive salary package of 1200$ per month with visa sponsorship for the right candidate. This is an urgent position so we are seeking candidates who can start immediately.
