Barista - Al Ahmadi, Kuwait

We are a busy cafe located in Al Ahmadi and we are seeking talented and passionate Baristas to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee beverages, as well as providing excellent customer service to our guests. This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per month, and we welcome applicants of all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages according to established recipes
- Ensure the quality and consistency of drinks by following proper techniques and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including the espresso machine, grinders, counters, and seating areas
- Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, taking orders and handling payments accurately
- Educate customers about our coffee beans, brewing methods, and menu offerings
- Restock supplies as needed throughout the day to ensure smooth operations
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Must be a Pakistani national with a valid passport
- No previous experience required; we are willing to train the right candidate
- Must be able to work full-time on a contract basis
- Fluent in English is not required but is considered an asset
- Must have a positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
