Gardener

As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for the plants and gardens of our clients in the city of Ar Rumaythiyah. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all outdoor spaces are kept clean, healthy, and visually appealing.

Responsibilities:
- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and other plants according to clients' preferences and instructions
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as watering, fertilizing, pruning, and mowing
- Weed gardens and remove dead or damaged plants
- Monitor plant health and identify any pest or disease issues
- Maintain outdoor spaces by raking leaves, sweeping walkways, and removing debris
- Install and maintain irrigation systems as needed
- Collaborate with team members to design new gardens or make changes to existing ones
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Gardener is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different types of plants, their care requirements, and common pests/diseases
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalee (preferred) or English
- Passion for gardening and ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and pay attention to detail

Salary:
1700$ per month
