We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in the bustling city of Hawalli, Kuwait. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations and ensuring the delivery of exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and create new menu items that reflect current food trends and meet guests' preferences
- Manage inventory levels and ordering of necessary ingredients and supplies
- Train, supervise, and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Monitor portion control to minimize waste and maintain cost efficiency
- Collaborate with management to develop seasonal menus and special event menus
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and food safety regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff
- Creative mindset with a passion for developing new dishes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.
