Restaurant Manager (Indian Cuisine)


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our Indian restaurant in Al-Kuwait. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing profits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staffing, inventory management, and financial performance
- Create and implement strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service standards are met
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for both customers and employees
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure food quality is consistently excellent
- Develop and execute promotional events or activities to increase sales

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine restaurant
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate staff
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including budgeting, inventory management, and customer service techniques
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Customer-focused with a strong commitment to providing an exceptional dining experience

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Al-Kuwait. Applicants from India who have experience working in English-speaking environments are preferred.
