Speech Therapist

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Speech Therapist to join our team in Medina. As a Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for providing speech therapy services to patients of all ages with various speech and language disorders. This includes evaluating and diagnosing patients, creating individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Therapy from an accredited university
- Valid license to practice as a speech therapist in Medina (or willing to obtain)
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach towards patients of all ages
- Previous experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of patients' speech and language abilities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on the evaluation results.
- Provide therapy sessions using various techniques such as articulation therapy, language intervention, and oral motor exercises.
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals (e.g. doctors, occupational therapists) to provide comprehensive care.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on strategies for improving communication skills.
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans.
