Sales Manager - Abu Dhabi

We are currently hiring a Sales Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of sales representatives to achieve set sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Lead, train and motivate the sales team to achieve their individual targets
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and new business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our products/services
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure smooth operation of the sales process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the UAE market
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of market trends, competitors, and customer needs in the UAE
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
