Handyman - Maintenance Technician
We are in need of a skilled Handyman to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah, Egypt. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to building maintenance and repairs. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, possess strong technical skills, and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, painting, and carpentry
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems to identify issues and make necessary repairs
- Respond to maintenance requests from tenants or property owners in a timely manner
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance performed and any materials used
- Ensure that all safety regulations are followed while performing maintenance tasks
- Report any major issues or concerns to the property manager

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or Maintenance Technician
- Strong technical skills in plumbing, electrical work, painting, and carpentry
- Ability to read blueprints and repair manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights if needed
- Valid driver's license preferred
