Instrument Technician - Bayan, Egypt

The Instrument Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various types of instruments used in industrial settings. This includes troubleshooting, replacing parts, and performing routine maintenance to ensure proper functioning of equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, as well as experience with calibration and testing procedures. Additionally, the Instrument Technician will be expected to adhere to all safety regulations and maintain accurate records of work performed. This position may require working in confined spaces or at heights, so physical fitness is essential.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of industrial instruments
- Troubleshoot issues with instrumentation and make necessary repairs
- Conduct calibrations and testing on equipment to ensure accuracy
- Keep accurate records of all work performed
- Adhere to safety regulations at all times, including wearing appropriate PPE
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding any issues or concerns

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Instrument Technician in an industrial setting
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
- Experience with calibration procedures and testing equipment
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Physically fit and able to work in confined spaces or at heights if needed
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
