Job Title: Restaurant Manager

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant located in Bayan. Your main goal will be to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while maximizing profits and maintaining a positive work environment for our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant including food and beverage preparation, service, and cleanliness
- Manage and train a team of servers, cooks, and other staff members
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure timely delivery of supplies
- Create schedules for staff members and handle any staffing issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in the food industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proven track record of increasing sales and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

Salary:
