Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced, dynamic and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Bayan, Kuwait. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and train the restaurant staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle any customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a similar setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control principles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Preferred:
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills is a plus)
- Experience in managing multicultural teams
