Floral Designer


We are a renowned flower shop in Al Buraymi and we are seeking a creative and talented Floral Designer to join our team. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and other special events.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create unique floral arrangements based on client's preferences and event theme
- Select the appropriate flowers, plants, and other decorative elements for each arrangement
- Maintain inventory of fresh flowers and supplies by ordering from suppliers when needed
- Ensure quality control by inspecting flowers for freshness and discarding any damaged ones
- Keep track of orders, payments, and delivery schedules
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with their floral needs and offering suggestions when needed
- Keep up-to-date with current floral trends and techniques to enhance designs

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in various floral design techniques such as bouquet making, corsages, centerpieces, etc.
- Excellent knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care instructions
- Strong creativity skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
- Customer-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 900$ per month along with accommodation.
