Part-Time Restaurant Manager
A high-end restaurant in Al Buraymi is seeking a skilled and experienced part-time Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in restaurant management, as well as strong leadership and organizational skills. Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Manage and train staff, including scheduling shifts and delegating tasks
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profits
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Ability to handle stressful situations with composure
