Chef de Cuisine

As a Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen in the bustling city of Al Buraymi. Your main duty will be to create and prepare high-quality dishes to delight our customers. Your creativity and knowledge of various cooking techniques will be essential in developing new menu items and adapting to special dietary needs. You will also be in charge of managing inventory, maintaining food safety standards, and training and supervising kitchen staff. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience as a chef, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
