Construction Manager


We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Al Buraymi. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as technical knowledge and experience in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Review project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Monitor expenses and minimize costs without sacrificing quality
- Prepare progress reports for management
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical specifications
- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.

This position is located in Al Buraymi.
