Sales Manager


We are in need of a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Al Buraymi. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and driving business growth. This position offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Identify new market opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly
- Build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Train and coach sales team members to improve their performance
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and develop improvement plans as needed
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports for management review

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team effectively
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field preferred

Location:
This position is located in Al Buraymi, an oasis city known for its historical sites such as the Al Buraymi Fort. It is also known for its lively souq (market) where you can find traditional Omani handicrafts. The city offers a mix of traditional culture and modern amenities.
