Land surveyor vacancy in Al Buraymi Oman

Junior Land Surveyor

As a Junior Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting with land surveying activities in the city of Al Buraymi. This includes conducting field surveys, collecting data, and preparing reports for various projects. You will also assist with maintaining equipment and ensuring accurate measurements are taken. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to start their career in land surveying. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of land surveying techniques and methods, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with conducting field surveys using various equipment such as total stations, GPS, and laser scanners.
- Collect data and accurately record measurements.
- Assist with processing and analyzing data to create maps, plans, and reports.
- Maintain equipment in proper working condition.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed while conducting surveys.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project goals are met.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in land surveying or related field.
- Strong understanding of land surveying methods and techniques.
- Knowledge of industry software such as AutoCAD, GIS, and Trimble Business Center is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Valid driver's license.

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Al Buraymi (must be currently residing in Al Buraymi)

Nationality: Preference given to candidates from Oman or neighboring countries.

Language: Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage but not mandatory.
