Courier Specialist


We are a rapidly growing courier and delivery service company based in Al Buraymi, seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Courier Specialist to join our team. As a Courier Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and timely delivery of packages to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Pick up and deliver packages to assigned destinations within designated time frames
- Plan and manage delivery routes for maximum efficiency
- Handle and track all incoming and outgoing packages accurately
- Verify package contents and ensure proper documentation is completed
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on package status
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance issues
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
- Provide excellent customer service at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Good knowledge of Al Buraymi's streets and locations
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills preferred but not required)
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven experience in a similar role preferred but not required
