Manage the daily operations of a restaurant in Manama, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, staffing, inventory management, and marketing. Train and supervise staff to maintain a positive and professional work environment. Create and implement strategies to increase sales and reduce costs. Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Develop relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients. Maintain a clean and organized restaurant space. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills required. Previous experience in restaurant management preferred. Salary: $1500/month without accommodation.
