Barista Trainee

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Barista Trainees in Manama. As a Barista Trainee, you will learn the art of coffee making and customer service under the guidance of experienced baristas. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about coffee and wants to start a career in the food and beverage industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and serving of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and smoothies
- Learn how to operate coffee machines and other equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions following company policies
- Follow recipes for drink preparations and adhere to quality standards
- Learn about different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles

Requirements:
- No prior experience required, but familiarity with coffee making or customer service is a plus
- Passionate about coffee with a desire to learn more about it
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Good customer service skills with a positive attitude
- Able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary: Starting salary of $1200 per month with potential for growth as skills improve.
