We are searching for a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Manama. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working as a Barista and possess knowledge of different brewing methods and latte art. You must also have excellent customer service skills, as you will be interacting with customers on a daily basis. This is a contract job with no accommodation provided, making it ideal for graduates looking for their first job in the coffee industry.

Responsibilities:
- Preparing and serving hot and cold beverages according to company recipes
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Operating espresso machines, blenders, and other equipment
- Taking customer orders and handling cash transactions
- Providing excellent customer service by answering questions and making recommendations
- Maintaining stock levels of supplies and ingredients
- Following health codes and safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field is a plus
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different brewing methods, latte art techniques, and specialty drinks
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions

Salary: $1000/month
