We are searching for a skilled Welder to join our team in Manama, Bahrain on a contract basis. As a Welder, you will be responsible for using specialized equipment to cut and join metals together for various projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone without experience to receive on-the-job training and gain valuable skills in the welding profession.

Key Responsibilities:
- Use various tools and techniques to weld metal pieces together according to blueprints or instructions
- Clean and prepare surfaces before welding, ensuring proper fit and alignment of parts
- Monitor welding equipment and report any malfunctions or defects
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Proven experience in welding (preferred but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to read blueprints accurately
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects as needed
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
