Gardener - Manama, Bahrain (Contract)


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and health of our gardens and outdoor spaces. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute the planting, pruning, watering, and fertilizing of plants in the gardens.
- Monitor and maintain the health of plants by identifying and treating pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies.
- Trim hedges, bushes, and trees to maintain their shape and size.
- Regularly mow lawns and remove weeds to ensure neatness.
- Install and repair irrigation systems as needed.
- Keep garden tools and equipment clean and in good working condition.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of different types of plants, trees, shrubs, flowers, etc. grown in Bahrain's climate.
- Familiarity with gardening tools and equipment such as lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, etc.
- Physical strength and stamina to work outdoors for extended periods.
- Good communication skills to effectively communicate with team members.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Basic understanding of safety precautions while working with gardening tools.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Horticulture or related field.
- Experience working in commercial or residential gardens in Bahrain.
