Plumber (Contract)

As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. Your duties will include reading blueprints and diagrams, troubleshooting plumbing issues, and using various tools to complete tasks. The ideal candidate should have experience in plumbing and possess excellent problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances
- Read blueprints and diagrams to determine the layout of plumbing systems
- Troubleshoot issues with plumbing systems and make necessary repairs or replacements
- Use various tools such as pipe cutters, wrenches, and soldering equipment to complete tasks
- Adhere to safety standards when working with potentially hazardous materials
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
- Keep accurate records of materials used and work performed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Plumber or in a similar role
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and diagrams

- Physical stamina to handle various tasks such as lifting heavy pipes or equipment

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
